Yoga has been mentioned to provide many benefits to one’s life. We are very big yoga advocates and practice yoga on a daily basis. Yoga is a way of life for some people and has helped in many ways. You don’t have to have a lot of time in the day to start a yoga routine. As simple as a 15 minute routine everyday can help change you life. The benefits from yoga can help in so many ways:

· The meditation and stretches performed during a yoga routine helps your mind and body relax
· We have found that you feel a sense of relief and forget your stresses once you get into your routine
2. Improved cardio and circulatory health
· Naturally during yoga you practice breathing exercises. By doing so you help oxygen to get into your body which helps with your breathing and heart rates. Oxygen is a vital part of cardio and circulatory health

· The poses performed during a yoga routine help your flexibility to increase
· Extended times of stretching, breathing and holding that stretch helps your body start to relax after a regular routine. Which helps your body stretch further and longer as you continue to practice yoga
4. Increased muscle strength
· Yoga helps with increasing muscle strength because you are hold your pose for an extended period of time with helps stretch and flex the muscle until you are at resting point
