
Everyday we ask ourselves what can I do to help my workout routine be more effective? Here are a few tips that can help you achieve more through your workout.
1. Eat slow digestive carbs
· Fruit, grainy breads, soy products. These are just a few slow digestive carbs that helps you burn more fat due to them lowering you insulin levels
2. Elevate you heart rate during workouts
· By doing so you help improve cardiovascular health
· It helps you move oxygen and blood to your muscles
3. High intensity interval workouts (hiit)
· Shortens your workouts
· Helps lower blood pressure
· Burn more fat
· Examples:
· Walk and Sprint
· Walk for 30 seconds then sprint for 30 seconds (6 – 8 sets)
· Push ups (sets of 10 with 30 second breaks for 10 sets)
· Lateral lunges with hops
4. Hydrate
· Water is one of the best/healthiest hydrating fluids to have before, during and after exercising. To keep your body performing drink plenty of fluids before during and after your workouts
5. Shake before and after workouts

· It can help motivate you to keep going to beat those goals
· Keeps you in the know. Many people who don’t keep track can either think they are workout enough or not enough. By having a log, you can find flaws in your workout routine and tweak it to remove those flaws
