
We at FITANYSOUL believe in living a healthy lifestyle which includes working out on a daily basis. Many of us at our company have struggled with weight and found that there is a need to workout daily to help us maintain a healthier weight. We invite you to follow us on our forum for workout routines that we follow ourselves to help live a healthier lifestyle. Currently we are working on our 7 best practices for preparing for outdoor exercising.
1. Pick out your workout routine
· Some of us like to jog, walk, roller blade, ride a bike, whatever you want for your workout
2. Pick out your location or map out your ride
· It is always best to be prepared knowing where you plan on heading
· Because of recent events if you have people to tell where you are traveling whether it’s a specific person (i.e. family member, friend) or an app on a phone for safety.
· Make sure where you plan on traveling to or through that there are not any major dangerous obstacles that you may encounter
3. Pick your tunes
· We love getting in the mood and feeling good through music. We find music especially liberating and motivating. Specifically our favorite tunes help to put us in the zone and increase our efforts with music being a natural distraction from noticing your physical effort
4. Eat a good meal and hydrate plenty before heading out
· No matter what time you are heading out you should make sure you eat a well balanced meal and drink plenty of fluids.
5. Wear clothing appropriate for the weather
· Currently where we are located it is in the 40 degree weather, so we will be wearing our FITANYSOUL muscle hoodie and leggings along with sneakers and running gloves.
6. Stretch for at least 5 minutes before starting your routine
· Many of us forget the importance of stretching before workout in general. It helps raise the temperature of your body and muscle and helps prevent injuries.
7. Put those earphones on. Load up those tunes. And enjoy your workout!!
